| The Union for the protection
of D.O.C. wines of Bosco Eliceo of the province of Ferrara, established
in 1991, is composed of producers of grapes, grapevine-growers who have
cellars, restaurateurs and sommeliers. all the stages of the process of
production are represented here to control and guarentee the best quality
of the final product. Every bottle that has the mark with the numbered coupon
of the union indicates that the wine contained in it has passed the chemical,
physical and organoleptic analysis made by two committees the first one
at the Chamber of Commerce, in order to have the certificate of D.O.C. recognition,
the second one at the Union for Protection. The last one is even more selective
because it axamines its typical features. |
