Giorgio Mariotti: worked as a chemical expert in the industry of liquor. then in 1976 he opened in argenta the technical assistence centre "la bottega del vino" with the intention of recovering the wine making tradition of the district of ferrara. the first recognition was in 1978 (G.U. 02/06/1978, D.P.R. 31/03/1978) with the delimitation of the area of production of Bosco Eliceo. During the 80's, in collaboration with ESAVE of Faenza, he collected the required documents for the recognition of DOC that arrived in 1989 ( G.U. 22/06/1989, D.P.R. 03/01/1989). In 1991 he established the Union for the protection of D.O.C. wines of Bosco Eliceo. He is still its president of the tecnical committee as well as president of the committee of D.O.C. wines at the Chamber of Commerce of Ferrara. He organized many popular activities both in Italy and abroad ( Vinitaly in Verona, the International Exhibition for Restaurateurs in Lione). He also organized in 2000, in collaboration with Enoteca Regionale of Dozza, the First International Round-Table Conference "The wines of the sand" that has been appreciated even by specialized press. In 1998, with the acquisition of the vineyards of the town of Comacchio, he became a producer and established the wine Business Mariotti Giorgio and sons.
 
Barbara Mariotti: has collaborated in the business since 1997. In 1998 she became a sommelier and in 2001 she received the technical qualification after working during the last editions of Vinitaly in Verona. actually, she is holding the position of taster at the Commissione Vini D.O.C. at the Chamber of Commerce of Ferrara.
 
dott.Mirco Mariotti: took a degree in chemistry in 1999 at the University of Ferrara and he started to collaborate in the business at the beginning of 2000. He attended the 16 Master for specializing in wine industry at the University Cattolica of Piacenza. Hare he obtained the diploma with full marks. He attended many courses and meetings about sensorial analysis and certification in the food industry. He is holding the position of taster at the Commissione Vini D.O.C. at the Chamber of Commerce of Ferrara.
